Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be the full price of the treatment booked. Aesthetic injectables will be charged at £50.00.

 Please be aware if you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you.

Payments / Deposits

Cash payment either before or at your appointment. Card payment not currently available.

. Online transfer 48 hours prior to treatment appointment, in line with the cancellation policy.

Aesthetic treatments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment and the remaining balance to be paid immediately after treatment.

Disclaimer

All clients are required to sign a disclaimer confirming that to the best of their knowledge they are well enough to receive the treatment booked.

GP Referrals

All GP referrals must have a copy of the GP letter/note to be able to receive their booked treatment. This may be emailed through before the appointment. Failure to present the note may result in full charge of treatment cost but no receipt of treatment..
