 FAQ'S

What should I expect?

On your first visit to one of our clinics, a full consultation will be carried out, where we will discuss and record your personal details, medical history, reason for treatment, type of treatment, assessment prior to treatment where necessary and any other relevant information. You will be given the opportunity to ask any questions and discuss any queries you have before the treatment begins. A full explanation will be given about the treatment you are about to receive. On subsequent visits, a short review of the previous session will be done and any changes recorded. Subject to everything being satisfactory, the treatment would go ahead.

What should I wear?

You may wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. The massage treatments will require you to either undress down to your underwear or remove clothing just from the area being treated. This will be fully explained during your consultation. You will then lie beneath a towel and/or blanket where you are fully covered throughout the whole treatment. You will be given time to undress and the therapist will leave the room whilst you do so. For reflexology, you may remain fully clothed but it is advisable to wear loose fitting trousers so they can be rolled up to the knee for easy access to the lower leg. Aesthetic and Vitamin Injection treatments you will remain fully clothed.

Do anti-wrinkle injections hurt?

The needle is extremely small so it is relatively painless and feels nothing more than a pin prick. The procedure is short, safe and effective at smoothing out fine lines & preventing wrinkles.

Do dermal fillers hurt?

Although some discomfort is experienced, a topical numbing agent is applied to make the treatment as comfortable as possible.

Do vitamin injections hurt?

Although pain tolerance differs in each person, very minimal discomfort is experienced with a vitamin injection. The procedure only takes a few seconds to administer with no downtime.
