Fat Dissolving

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION:

  • Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water each day, this is very important as this helps flush the fat cells out.

  • Wear compression garments to the treatment area where possible.

  • Avoid touching the treatment area.

  • Avoid strenuous activity or exercise for 24 hours.

  • Avoid alcohol for a minimum of 24 hours as this compromises the liver processing fat and toxins.

  • Avoid heat such as hot showers, saunas and steam rooms as necessary, until any swelling you may experience has subsided.

  • Maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise will assist your full results.
